Warranty And Returns Policy

Warranty:

All electronic products have a warranty of one year / 12 months

Return Policy:

You may return any item (except for items that are made to order, ie. furniture, graduation gowns, graduation caps, puppets, dressup etc.) within 30 days. Goods must be in its original condition and in re-sellable condition.

What do I do when my goods where damaged on arrival?

Your order will leave our CPT warehouse or the relevant supplier in good condition. However, if goods are damaged on arrival, please contact Educanda immediately on 021 556 7965, so that we can follow up with the courier/ transporter. Educanda is not liable for any damage caused in transit. Please ensure that you have arranged for insurance cover for the replacement value of your items.

What do I do when I received incorrect goods?

If you have not received the correct product as reflected on your invoice, please call Educanda on 0821 556 7965 within 2 working days so that we can investigate.
