When I place an order, when do I have to pay?
You pay upon receipt of the invoice. This can either be before or upon delivery.
What do I pay for delivery?
Wherever your school is located in South Africa we deliver to your door via parcel service. Your part for shipping and handling of Educational Materials is from as little as R 249.00
Shipping costs of furniture are from as little as R 649.00
What is your policy regarding returned items?
You may return any item (except for furniture, Graduation Gowns, Costumes, puppets) within 30 days in its original condition.

If my ordered item(s) is / are damaged on arrival, what do I do?
If goods are damaged on arrival please contact Educanda immediately so that we can investigate as quickly as possible.

Why must I register an account?
