Being a complete novice in all things CPTD, I waded through information on the web, trying to organize something coherent in my mind. The SACE website contains a link to sign up “for the participation in the CPTD management system and  for utilizing CPTD self-service portal” Eeeek! Whatever happened to short, simple sentences?!
