Returning goods:

You may return any item (except for furniture) within 14 days in its original condition. We do our very best so that your order arrives in perfect conditions. However, if goods are damaged on arrival please contact Educanda immediately. If incorrect goods have been delivered please also call us within 2 working days so that we can arrange the return. In the case of goods that have been incorrectly ordered, we charge 10% handling / carriage fee.
