Delivery Charges:

Wherever your school is located in South Africa we deliver to your door via parcel service. Your part for shipping and handling is R 99.00. Shipping costs of furniture are available upon request.

Vat / Taxes:

All prices in this catalogue are in South African Rand and include 14% VAT. Carriage needs to be added to the order value. If the VAT percentage changes during the year that the catalogue is valid we will also have to change the prices.

Prices:

Prices are subject to fluctuation. In this case, we will inform you before delivery.

Payment:

You may pay with receipt of the invoice via bank transfer.

Returning goods:

You may return any item (except for furniture) within 14 days in its original condition. We do our very best  to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.

If goods are damaged on arrival please contact Educanda within 24 hours.

If incorrect goods have been delivered please also call us within 2 working days so that we can arrange the return. In the case of goods that have been incorrectly ordered, we charge 10% handling / carriage fee.
